This explains how we handle information from text messages with The Van Allen Family, Family of florist shops operated by Van Allen Group (including Petal Peddlers, Renee's of Ridgefield, and Obsidian Stems).

What we collect

When you text us at (224) 448-4438 or place an order, we collect your name, mobile number, and the order and delivery details you give us.

How we use it

We use this to take and fulfill your order, send order and delivery updates, answer your questions, and, if you opt in, send occasional offers from our shops.

Who we share it with

We share order details only with the people needed to prepare and deliver your order, such as our shop staff and delivery drivers. We do not sell your information. No mobile information or text-messaging opt-in and consent will be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
